How Aethera Physicians Training Lab handles your information.

What we collect

What you give us: your name, contact details, the state you are in, and anything you write to us. If you enroll, your course records and payment details. Plus the ordinary technical records any web server keeps.

Tracking and advertising

We do not run advertising pixels or third-party tracking on pages where you give us health information. Several states treat health-related browsing data as sensitive in its own right, and we would rather not collect it than argue about it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@aetheraclinics.com.

Who else sees it

The course platform and payment processor we use, under agreements that bind them to the same standards. We do not sell your information to anyone, for any purpose.

Exam tutoring and match advising are delivered with USMLE 100, which is responsible for that work. Where a partner processes your information, it does so under an agreement that binds it to the standards described here.
